INFORMATION

We extend our love and sympathy to Sue Hambursin and her family following the death of Sue's mother, Phyllis. The funeral takes place in Holy Trinity tomorrow (Monday) at 13.30.

There will be no organised activities for Youth and Children at the 10.30 services during August. At the back of the church you will find activity packs for children of different ages - these are full of small activities that children can do during the service. Please ask the ushers for these. Regular classes will resume on Sunday 7 September. A BIG thank you to all of those who have helped out with the summer programme - it is very much appreciated!

The Mission Focus this month is the Urban Development Fund, All Saints' Cathedral in Nairobi, Kenya. The loose plate collections at all services on 31 August will go to that work – not today's collections, as previously announced. Isabelle Prondzynski will be speaking at the Evening service on that day.

There will be no Bun Sunday during August due to the holidays. We look forward to selling you our baked goodies and marmalades again on 14 September, the 2nd Sunday. See you then!                                                        The Bun Sunday Bakers

Next Saturday, 23 August, Will and Tamaki Spurgeon-Mizunoya warmly invite you to a Blessing Service to celebrate their wedding. The service will be held at 13.30 in Holy Trinity.

There are three Vacation Bible Schools running from Monday to Friday of this week in Brussels Ð including one with French translation. All details are on the Notice Board in the porch.

Can you help us with child care? We are the girls of the Tuesday morning Bible study group and we are looking for two kind and committed people who like to look after small children.  Are you one of those people?  Could you help us? Having help means we can meet every week and that the Mums among us get the opportunity to have fellowship together.  We would need your help from beginning of September, every Tuesday morning from 10.00 to 11.30.  We meet at Holy Trinity Church flat. If you are able to help please contact Helen Walley on 02/354 59 85.  Thank you.

There is now a wash hand basin in the toilet in the courtyard.
