A warm welcome to all today especially if you are a visitor. We trust you enjoy your stay in Brussels and worship with us today. Please join us after the morning service for coffee and drinks in the side aisle. You are most welcome to stay around and talk. If you are new please make yourself known especially to the clergy; we would be grateful if you would fill in a card at the Welcome Table.

19.00 Evening Praise Mission Focus Ð Urban Development Fund, Nairobi: Speaker: Isabelle Prondzynski: Psalm 84 Ð A prayer of trust
This month's mission focus is the Urban Development Project in Nairobi. It is our great pleasure to welcome Isabelle Prondzynski, Louise, and Lucy to our service this morning. Their work in the poorer districts of Nairobi comes under the care of All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi. At the 19.00 service this evening, they will be sharing about their work in more detail and showing slides. All monies given in the loose plate collection at all four services today will be going to support their work. They have also brought crafts for sale, a chance to buy an early Christmas present!
There will be no organised activities for Youth and Children at the 10.30 service today. At the back of the church you will find activity packs for children of different ages - these are full of small activities that children can do during the service. Please ask the ushers for these. Regular classes will resume next Sunday, 7 September. A BIG thank you to all of those who have helped out with the summer programme - it is very much appreciated!
Join the
Community Bible Study International for a 30-week study on the
gospel
of Luke, beginning on 10 September. CBSI is an interdenominational
bible study that welcomes all women of the community. We meet weekly on
Wednesday mornings at the International Baptist Church in Wezembeek-Oppem
and have classes available in English and French. A children's programme for
under 5s is new this September. No prior bible study is necessary.
For details please contact Sue Woodroffe on 02/657 08 96 or Sue Cox on 02/767
29 11.
Can you help us with child care? We are the girls of the Tuesday morning Bible study group and we are looking for two kind and committed people who like to look after small children. Are you one of those people? Could you help us? Having help means we can meet every week and that the Mums among us get the opportunity to have fellowship together. We would need your help from beginning of September, every Tuesday morning from 10.00 to 11.30. We meet at Holy Trinity Church flat. If you are able to help please contact Helen Walley on 02/354 59 85. Thank you.
Lesson readers, intercessors and others Please collect the new rota from your pigeon hole at the back of church.
New term's programme (September Ð December) is available today.
Address list Will all church members please check their details on the address list which is at the Welcome Table at the back of church. This is very important!
CRP News Work commences on the removal and storage of the wooden partition in the church in the week beginning 1 September. The break through into the church is projected to be in the second week of September. We will arrange for a guided visit around the site for everyone on a Sunday later in September.
Books in the pews We do not have enough books for everyone any more. Before ordering new ones we would really appreciate it if everyone would check their bookshelves and cupboards. It may be possible that a red prayer book, a hymn book or a church bible got picked up by mistake, or for a very good reason, but never found its way back to the pews again. Thank you very much.
