Why belong to a Home Group?
Where and When do they meet?

Life is complicated. The pace of modern living has never been more busy. Yet in the midst of our hectic lifestyles, the traditional support systems have broken down! For many, the extended family, the familiar neighbourhood and the life-long job are rare. More people in today's world find themselves in urban areas such as Brussels, where it is difficult to form supportive friendships. They travel, they move. All the more reason why people seek a community - a place to be REAL.

R - Home Groups are a place to find refreshment
E - Home Groups are a place to be encouraged
A - Home Groups are a place to feel accepted
L - Home Groups are a place to learn through Bible study.

In short, Home Groups are small groups of up to a dozen people who meet regularly to be REAL together, through Bible study, prayer and fellowship. Each group also plans social events together.

Drop in on any of the home groups and you will be sure of a welcome. You may, however care to speak first to one of the leaders, or the Homegroup Co-ordinators, Liz and Denzil Walton (thewaltons@skynet.be).

What others have said
"I have made friends for life, and I am finally beginning to get into the Bible, which up to this time had been so intimidating to me."
"There is nothing I would rather do each week. This ministry has helped to bring me through one of the most confusing and uncertain times in my life. It offered support, direction and focus through God's Word and His people. And we have great fun - I have laughed and smiled so much, and the joy lasts until our next meeting."
"I am so thankful for the opportunity to get to know people in church that I otherwise would have known well enough only to say 'Hi!' to."
"I don't believe I've ever been ministered to before as well as through my friends in our home group. This is church as it was meant to be!"

Please contact the church office for further information.
